Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Limit of 2 pets per home.

Maximum adult weight is 70 pounds.

Deposits
Required for Dogs and Cats
1 pet - $302.70 ($150 is refundable)
2 pets - $504.50 ($250 is refundable)
Monthly Pet rent of $30.54 will be charged per pet.
